What are the prices?
All of the costs are visible on the booking form (you do not need to enter your personal information). Just select your service and extras then the suggested price will be displayed at the bottom.

The prices are competitive within the cleaning industry and we strongly believe that our convenience paired with great referred cleaners sets us apart from any other referral agency.

We can recommend cleaners throughout South Florida and surrounding areas.

What is a deep cleaning?
A deep clean is for clients who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the past 1 month. This allows the referred cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home.
It will typically include everything in a standard cleaning plus additional things like baseboard cleaning and walls.

How do I pay and when am I chargerd?
These are the following accepted forms of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). The referred cleaners do not accept cash.

There is a hold put on your card as your cleaning day approaches and then it is charged after the cleaning is completed.

Do the cleaners bring all supplies and equipment?
Yes, the referred cleaners typically bring all supplies and equipment they need to clean! They can also use your supplies if you prefer.

Are the cleaners fully insured?
We are happy to offer to refer you background-checked & fully insured professional cleaners!

Do the cleaners do laundry or dishes?
No problem, we can refer cleaners who can do your laundry and dishes.

What is the cancellation policy?
You are charged a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. For same day or next day service you are charged a $50 cancellation fee 2 hours after you make booking. There is always a $75 cancellation fee once the cleaners start driving to your home no matter what time you booked.
The cleaners require this fee to compensate them for holding your booking spot in their schedule instead of booking other customers.

Hoarding & Hazardous Condition Policy
If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above a normal cleaning environment, your referred cleaning teams have the right to walk away. Upon such a service, you will be charged a $75 booking fee due to holding your space in their schedule.
The cleaners also reserve the right to increase the price of the cleaning, or switch it to a custom hourly rate for however long they are there.

Are the cleaners pet friendly?
We can definitely refer cleaners to you that are pet friendly.

How many people will come to clean my house?
It depends on the size of your home we can refer anywhere between 1-6 cleaners.

Do I have to be present for a cleaning?
No, absolutely not! It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave your cleaners a key and they’ll get your house cleaned!

You can also provide your cleaners with a lockbox code or another way to get in.

How will the cleanears enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
This is up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

You can let your cleaners in if you are there or a friend is there.

You can leave a key under the door mat on the day of cleaning.

You can give your cleaners the code to the garage or a lock box.

Can the cleaners use green organic eco friendly products?
Sure, we can refer cleaners who can use green eco friendly organic products if you prefer. They can also use any of your products if you prefer.

Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
Sure, we can refer the same cleaner(s) to you on a recurring basis.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important.

All customers are asked to do an initial and final walkthrough after a cleaning. At that point you must mention to your cleaners if you are not satisfied with anything and they will be happy to fix it at that moment before they leave. After a walkthrough, no compensation or reclean will be provided so please personally ensure you are fully satisfied.**

If a walkthrough has been excused for any reason, the agency will not provide any further compensation or reclean.*

Our agency must be contacted within 48 hours of a cleaning regarding any and all complaints. After 48 hours from the cleaning date, no complaints will be accepted and any additional services will be charged at full price.
Unfortunately there are no refunds once your cleaners have arrived to your home.

*We understand sometimes a walkthrough is not able to be done due to extenuating circumstances therefore for such situations:

You must always contact us within 48 hours of the cleaning. On a case-by-case basis, it is up to our company discretion and/or your cleaners’ discretion to make an exception and provide a reclean. In that case, the same cleaners can decide to come back to re-clean areas of concern within up to 4 days of the original booking at their next availability. Please note, it is your responsibility to be available to do a re-clean if necessary.

**If your home is in a very bad condition, and because of that your cleaners need to add additional time for your cleaning but no extra time is approved, then your cleaners will not come back for free to clean areas that they did not have time to do because no extra time was approved under any circumstance.

The domestic worker may be your employee or an independent contractor depending on the relationship you have with him or her. If you direct and control the manner and means by which the domestic worker performs his or her work you may have employer responsibilities, including employment taxes and workers’ compensation, under state and federal law. For additional information contact your local Employment Development Department and the Internal Revenue Service.
